Silk Screen printing is the most common printing solution for glass components. It’s the standard method for high volume glass printing. The screen printing process uses a stencil to apply the print design to the glass surface by spreading ink across a mesh screen. The glass is then fired to adhere the ink to the glass surface. The in-house screen printing capabilities from Zhentian Optical Glass Technology has the most advanced silk screen printing technology, along with experienced operators and up-to-date equipment, we are able to handle just about any printing needs, print up to 10 colors or more. But of course, the more colors required , the more expensive cost is.

 Zhentian Optical Glass Technology in-house silk printing capabilities are able to print large size glass panel, maximum size up to 2500mm (110 inches) The whole printing process are completed from 1000 class clean room to reduce the failure rate.
