From one prototype, small quantities order to large volume mass production, every pieces of glass have to pass through each extensive levels of quality assurance and control. We aim to 100% inspection for each order.

 All glass components are made from class 1000 clean room ( ISO Class 6) and cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning bath

The complete quality management system including raw material inspection, quality assurance during each production procedure,  first-piece inspection, random sampling and final checks just before shipment.

   Other than experienced quality assurance workers, there’re also hundreds of testing tools we applied for quality checks.
