Many customers said ZTop glass panel printing is very good, especially white color print is much better than others.

How does ZTop make perfect print on glass?

To print perfect color on glass, ZTop glass print at least 2 times for black color, and at least 3 times for white color. Each print, we need put the glass panel into oven to dry the ink, then print next ink, that cost more production times, but finally we can provide perfect products to our customers.

Some factory quote lower price and only print 1 time for black and 1 time for white, the problem is there will be many small ink leak points on the glass panel, and the white color looks dark, not pure white. (Below glass panel only print 2 times white, and use clear glass, not ultra clear glass, the white color looks dark and yellow)

How to check ink leak points?

You can put glass panel on LED light, or just put mobile phone torch at back of the glass panel, you will see if there is any ink leak points, which is transparent and you can see the light. This is not allowed in ZTop products, and it can't pass our QC.

How to avoid ink leak point on glass panel?

For some products, which have back light under the glass panel, for example smart switch, there will be LED light under the glass panel, in this case, we will print extra black/grey ink to cover on the white color, so the light can't come through from the bottom.
